By accessing or using CircleProxy services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the services immediately.

CircleProxy offers residential, datacenter, mobile 5G, and unlimited proxy services. These services provide access to IP addresses for web data collection, market research, ad verification, and other lawful purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

You may use CircleProxy services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, denial-of-service attacks, spam, fraud, scraping that violates a target website's terms, and any activity that breaches applicable laws or regulations.

• (b)reverse engineering or attempting to exploit our infrastructure;
• (c)using our proxies to access child exploitation material or other illegal content;
• (d)bypassing geo-restrictions in violation of applicable law;
• (e)engaging in conduct that harms the reputation, operation, or infrastructure of CircleProxy.

All charges are listed in USD and must be paid at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and selected cryptocurrency payment methods. Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final. Prices may change at any time and updated pricing will apply to future purchases and renewals.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the service is materially non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue. Refunds are not available for partially used bandwidth, expired plans, or services used in breach of these terms.

Certain plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may disable auto-renewal at any time through your account dashboard. Turning off auto-renewal does not qualify you for a refund for the current billing period.

Each plan includes the amount of bandwidth specified at the time of purchase. Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use policy and may be throttled if usage is considered excessive or abusive. We reserve the right to impose usage restrictions as necessary to preserve service quality for all users.

All platform content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology are owned by or licensed to CircleProxy. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal or business purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to those data practices. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may collect usage information to improve our services and enforce these terms.

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and events beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, and service interruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds or credits.

CircleProxy services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CircleProxy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CircleProxy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses resulting from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent conduct, non-payment, or any other reason we determine necessary. Once terminated, your access to the services will end immediately, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue any legal remedies available under applicable law.

Our services may contain integrations with or links to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page along with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

CircleProxy will not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, government actions, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the provisions will remain fully effective. The invalid provision will be adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
